The Balmoral House Bed & Breakfast is a nicely presented place with fashionable rooms. The staff is pleasant and kind, always with a smiling face. The location is excellent, very close to downtown and in a central area. Additionally, it's very convenient to a Victorian-style urban park.

Gorgeous & lovely hotel, ideal location within walking distance of city centre, helpful staff. Location close enough to the restaurants, shops and sights of historic Duckworth and Water Streets, a liquor store and the downtown core. Nearby Ship Inn - great place to chill out.

The breakfast was enjoyable with boiled eggs and fruit, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful.

Our stay at this charming B&B was delightful. We loved the romantic decor in our room, especially the fantastic view of the narrows. The remodeled bathroom with a great shower was a highlight. The self-serve continental breakfast was a nice touch, adding to the relaxing nature of our stay. The hosts were friendly and provided excellent advice on local attractions and dining options. we highly recommend this lovely place for a romantic getaway.

Centrally located, this B&B is close to nearly everything. Steep hills lead to bustling downtown, the waterfront, and a supermarket. Breakfast is delicious, and the kitchenette is well-stocked. the spacious rooms are spotless, and the restored Victorian home feels high class. Guests can help themselves in the kitchenette, and the free, on-site parking is a bonus. the owner is friendly, helpful, and full of information.

The lack of interaction with hotel staff may be disconcerting.
